NO HAZMAT ENDORSEMENT Required
Each multi tank fuel trailer is comprised of several 110-gallon tanks, each equipped with a shut-off valve at its base, and a manifold with individual shut-off valves located in the front compartment. This design allows for the legal transportation of non-bulk fuel without requiring a Hazmat Endorsement or CDL in most instances, in accordance with
Federal Law 49 CFR 173.150.
